Kristen, host of the new Home Network series Beer Budget Reno, is a self-taught DIYer from Toronto, Canada. She picked up her first power tool while she was on maternity leave with her youngest child after she and her family had just moved in to a fixer-upper. After getting astronomical quotes from contractors, Kristen figured out how to take on the renovation herself.

She documented her renovation journey on social media, quickly gaining traction with more than 200K followers through her honesty and impressive transformations. This allowed her to open her door to client projects – and the rest is history! Now with a multi-year waitlist to engage her services, Kristen is known for her budget-friendly, glamorous renovations with a side of fashion, humour, and plenty of awkward moments.
