Kortney Wilson
Kortney Wilson is a designer, real estate expert, TV personality, and unapologetic dream chaser. Best known as the co-host and lead designer of Making It Home with Kortney & Kenny and the Canadian Screen Awards-nominated hit Masters of Flip, Kortney is recognized for her bold style and fearless approach to design. She brings creativity, heart, and a little grit to every renovation, transforming tired spaces into inspired, story-filled homes. Kortney and Kenny return with a new series, Life is Messy, coming soon to Home Network.
Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, Kortney moved to Nashville in her late teens with a Disney record deal and dreams of a career in country music. But as life evolved, so did her passions. While raising a young family and still chasing melodies, she found a new creative outlet in design. Self-taught through online guides and magazines, she eventually became a licensed Realtor and started flipping homes on a tight budget. That leap of faith sparked a full-blown career that would change her life—and her zip code—forever.
Today, Kortney is a powerhouse in real estate and design, with a successful home décor line (Kort & Co.), a published author, and a major hand in revitalizing East Nashville into the thriving, sought-after community it is today. Beyond the business, Kortney is deeply passionate about adoption, the arts, animal-friendly products, and humanitarian work. Her proudest title, though? Mom. Raising three incredible kids while juggling life’s many roles remains her greatest and most rewarding project yet.
Making It Home with Kortney and Kenny and Kortney’s other Home Network series are available to stream on STACKTV. Kortney and Kenny’s new series, Life is Messy, is coming soon to Home Network.
