Jordan is a celebrated Filipino Canadian chef, restaurateur, and TV personality (Cook at All Costs, Dinner Budget Showdown, Junior Chef Showdown) who has become a prominent figure in New York City’s culinary scene.

His overarching goal is to bring visibility of Filipino food and culture to the masses. His on-camera charisma and culinary expertise has led Jordan to become a media darling, appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Rachael Ray Show and he is a mainstay on Good Morning America, The Today Show, and The Drew Barrymore Show. Jordan’s restaurant Carriage House NYC is in the West Village.
