Anna Olson is Canada’s baking sweetheart, as well as an accomplished savoury chef. With her positive and common-sense approach in the kitchen, she has become one of the country’s most recognizable television chefs. Appearing for over two decades on TV, Anna has earned a dedicated following in more than 190 countries. She has served as host of Sugar, Fresh with Anna Olson, Bake with Anna Olson, Inspired with Anna Olson, Anna’s Occasions, and as a judge on Junior Chef Showdown and Great Chocolate Showdown.
Anna’s Oh Yum YouTube channel, which has over 1.5 million subscribers, features her classic content, livestreams and fresh series such as “Food Travel Diaries”, and her substantial social media audience is engaged and interested in her cooking, baking, and travel adventures.

An expert in writing recipes with a practical sense, her work appears in magazines and best-selling cookbooks (10 to date), including translation into Spanish. Her most recent book, “Baking Day”, earned a Gold Medal at the Taste Canada Cookbook Awards, and her newest cookbook, “Baking Wisdom”, launched March 2023.
